In 1998 Cathy founded Business Builders Inc., a business advisory because of her passion to help companies position themselves for growth and health. From there, her rich experience has included working in Public Relations for Apple, leading Sales & Marketing for Fuji Optical Systems, and developing an innovative dental technology for a fast growth company that built a $500M market in 5 years.
Cathy also served as VP and GM of Sunrise Technologies, a publicly-traded developer of lasers in the dental industry.

Since 1980, James (“Jim”) Greene has been serving the global financial services industry. Twenty-one of those years were spent with Accenture, where he was instrumental in creating and leading their global financial services business.
Jim’s experience includes serving as the Global Head of Financial Services for Cap Gemini, Global Head of Financial Services Consulting for Cisco, and more recently, as a Managing Partner of a private equity fund focused on creating and incubating enterprise class analytics software companies. Over the course of the past ten years, Jim has worked with over 25 start-ups within the FinTech, payment tech, big data and platforms industries.
Most recently, he founded Sky D Ventures to provide advisory services to incumbents and disrupters in financial services, private equity investors and venture capitalists in FinTech and technology companies serving the financial services industry.
Jim’s work covers large-scale solution development and implementation, business and technology strategy development, and new venture creation and operation. His passion lies in helping clients articulate and create their future state, and guiding on the best path to achieve those desired outcomes.
